James Bond 25 Release Date
While there has been speculation on Daniel Craig’s return, the majority ‘word on the street’ suggests that he will be back for one last mission.
There has also been attention on the next Bond director now that Sam Mendes has said that he is done with the franchise. Most eyes have been on Christopher Nolan who had a big hand in changing the style and tone on the superhero movies with the Batman trilogy. Many reference “The Dark Knight” as a high point in the DC cinematic universe and indeed any universe.
Nolan is also enjoying very favourable feedback on “Dunkirk” at the moment. On recent press junkets, when asked about Bond, he has been quoted as saying that he would be interested in taking on the director’s chair at a point when it needs “reinvention” and has also endorsed long term collaborator Tom Hardy to play Bond.
While they haven’t announced their distributor yet, as the Sony deal expired after “Spectre”, MGM and Eon Productions have announced a release date of November 8, 2019.
